Rachel Roberts

Rachel is president of Fortune Brands Innovations’ House of Rohl business unit.

Rachel brings a strong record of building brands and businesses, leveraging her deep understanding of the luxury market to lead House of Rohl into its next phase of growth. She joined Fortune Brands Innovations at the end of 2023 to lead luxury marketing for House of Rohl. She started her career at Pepsico/Britvic Soft Drinks in Europe where she first established her love of brands, before moving into the global spirits business where she built a global career at Allied Domecq and Beam Suntory that spanned senior leadership roles in innovation, sales leadership, brand marketing and ESG. Rachel is an alum of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management (Women’s Leadership Program) and earned a BSc from The University of Manchester in England.
