Aaron Bores

Aaron is executive vice president, product development.

In this role, Aaron oversees the company’s product development engine, with responsibilities spanning innovation, engineering, project management, platform strategy and process management across all brands and geographies.

Aaron has been with the Company since 2009. Prior to this role, Aaron served as senior vice president, global product development and innovation at FBIN’s Water Innovations segment. There, he and his team drove industry-leading innovations, including Moen’s Smart Water Network, MotionSense, Magnetix Showers, PowerClean, and PowerBoost. The team also achieved significant product and manufacturing advancements through the use of advanced materials, automation, and manufacturing techniques.

Aaron received a Master’s in Engineering Management from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
