Experienced Advisors
Our Board of Directors consists of nine talented, highly experienced members and is led by independent, non-executive chair Susan Saltzbart Kilsby. All of the members of the Board, other than Nicholas Fink, are independent under the New York Stock Exchange rules. With their varied backgrounds, extensive experience and expertise, they provide counsel and oversee management of the Company’s businesses, consistent with their duties to shareholders and with the goal of maximizing long-term shareholder value.
