Fortune Brands Innovations today announces the retirement of Sheri Grissom, Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer.
“Sheri started with us in 2015 as the leader of our Human Resources team where she had responsibility for building our HR organization. During her tenure the company has changed dramatically, and she has made an immeasurable positive impact on our talent, culture and organizational structure – including playing an instrumental role in the 2022 separation of our Cabinets business and reorganization of Fortune Brands Innovations. Additionally, she has been an important part of the successful integration of many acquired businesses and has helped us attract or develop leaders in key roles within our company.
Since November 2022 we have continued to benefit from Sheri’s extensive skill and experience as she transitioned roles to lead the Transformation Management Office, where she has more fully established this newly created team that is now supporting some of our most important strategic initiatives.
Sheri’s leadership through Fortune Brands’ most transformational years has been a key enabler and a driving force for our growth into the exceptional company we are today. I truly appreciate the value and partnership she has brought to the organization during her career with us.” – Fortune Brands Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Fink
